I hate English people! Even more at job! Their exaggerated "courtesy" during face to face meetings oblige them to waste time writing then (email, letter...) to confess the truth.

In my case, hearing my boss allowing me to take 2 months of leave was too easy. I shall have guessed it...

On Thursday, I learnt therefore by post that these 2 months of vacation were finally refused to me! Mainly because of the absence already envisaged for motherhood of one of our engineer, the company cannot afford going on without another engineer for a long period. I am therefore authorized to take 3 weeks of vacation in January besides the obligatory Christmas leave.

Here is something which seriously changes our plans...

3 options were then possible:

- Give up the idea of this trip for a while

- Quit the company and do the trip as planned

- Rethink our program and be happy in Argentina during 3 weeks

Obviously, the first option in was quickly scratched, as well as the second (even if I am really going to put again my cv on the net in case somebody gives me a good contract begining in March).
